Orders
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can check out as a guest – no need to create an account if you don’t want to. Just add your items to the cart, head to checkout, and enter your shipping and payment details.
Creating an account does make future orders and tracking easier, but it’s completely optional.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all the usual suspects
Shop Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, MobilePay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely at checkout. (In short, if it’s a trusted way to pay online, you’re good to go.)
What countries do you ship to?
Right now, we ship to select countries in Europe. SKWEAR is currently available for customers in: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
If you don’t see your country on the list, that means we’re not shipping there yet (sorry!). We’re focusing on these regions for now and hope to expand in the future.
Where is my order confirmation?
Right after you place an order, we automatically email a confirmation to the address you entered at checkout. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder – it sometimes hides there.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on what you order, where it’s made, and where it’s going. Some products have a flat rate, others follow standard rates based on location. If your order’s made in more than one place, it may ship separately – each with its own shipping fee. You’ll always see the total cost at checkout before you pay.
Why does shipping increase when I add more items?
Because your products aren’t all made in the same place. Our partners print as close to you as possible, and sometimes that means more than one shipment. It may look higher, but it’s simply the real cost of sending your stuff from different spots – no hidden fees.
When will my order arrive?
We’re quick, but not teleportation quick. Here’s what to expect:
- Production time: Approximately 2–5 business days to print and pack your order (since it’s made fresh, not pulled off a shelf).
- Shipping time: Approximately 3–8 business days for delivery after dispatch, depending on your location.
In total, that means you should receive your order roughly 1 to 2 weeks after placing it. During peak holiday seasons, things might take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated if there are any unusual delays. You’ll also get a tracking number by email once it ships, so you can follow your package’s journey to your door.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a shiny new tracking number. You can use that to see exactly where your goodies are on their way to you (go ahead and refresh it obsessively – we don’t judge).
Just note that tracking info might take ~24 hours to update after we send it, so don’t worry if it doesn’t show movement immediately.
Can I alter my order?
Sorry, no changes can be made after you’ve placed an order. Each product is custom-printed just for you, and we start production immediately once your payment is confirmed. That means we can’t swap sizes, change colors, or edit your order details after the fact.
Be sure everything looks right before you finalize your order to avoid any oops moments.
How do I cancel my order?
Short answer: no can do (and we promise there’s a good reason). Because we make each item to order just for you, production kicks off as soon as you hit that purchase button – which means we cannot cancel an order once it’s in motion.
Please double-check your cart before confirming, since after that point, it’s out of our hands.
Why has my order been canceled?
We don’t cancel orders unless something’s gone wrong on the back end – usually a payment issue (for example, the card didn’t clear or the payment provider declined it). In rare cases, it can also happen if a product isn’t available or fails our quality check before printing.
If your order was cancelled, you’ll get an email explaining why. Didn’t get one? Reach out to us at wecare@skwear.dk with your order number and we’ll fill you in.
Delivery & Returns
Can I return or exchange an item?
We get it – sometimes things just don’t work out. Yes, you can return items if you’re not in love with your purchase. You have 14 days from receiving your order to initiate a return. A few conditions to note:
- Items should be unused, in original condition, with any tags and packaging intact.
- Return shipping is paid by you (the customer) in most cases.
- A small restocking fee (around 7% of the item’s price) will be deducted from your refund.
As for exchanges: since we make everything on-demand (no secret warehouse of pre-printed goodies), we don’t do direct swaps. The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund, then place a new order for the variant you want. Don’t worry – we’re happy to help you through this process if needed.
How do I return an item?
Returning an item is easy. Just follow these steps :
- Contact us: Email us at wecare@skwear.dk with your order number and let us know which item you want to return and why.
- Follow instructions: We’ll email you back with return instructions and the address to send the item to. (Our return address is in Herning, Denmark – we’ll give you the full details in the email.)
- Ship the item: Pack the product securely (ideally in its original packaging), and send it back to the provided address. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. You’ll get an email confirmation when that’s done.
What do I do if I lose my return note?
No worries – it happens to the best of us. If you’ve lost the return slip or note that came with your package, you can still send your item back. Just email us at wecare@skwear.dk to let us know you’re making a return (include your order number in the email).
If you’ve already shipped the item without a note, just reach out and provide us with the tracking number or at least your order details, so we can match the return to your account. The key is that we can identify your order – as long as we have that info, we’ll ensure your return is processed smoothly.
Where is my refund?
Refunds don’t vanish into the void, but they do take a few days to show up. Once we’ve received and checked your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it usually appears in 3–10 business days after we process it.

Can I get a design on a different product?
If you love a design but want it on something else, you can send us a request directly through the “Missing a style or product?” form here or on the product pages where it pops up.
We can’t promise we’ll make it happen – but if it fits our lineup (and your taste passes the vibe check), there’s a good chance it will.
Do you sell gift cards?
Absolutely! We offer digital gift vouchers (we call them the “Karma Coupons”) that you can purchase on our site. You can choose a value (we currently have €15, €25, €50, and €100 options) for the gift card. After purchase, you’ll receive an electronic gift code via email.
You can forward it or print it out for the lucky recipient, and they get to pick whatever SKWEAR merch their heart desires. It’s the perfect way to gift some sass while letting them choose their preferred size, style, or design – a win-win for everyone involved!
Do you offer custom designs?
Not in the "upload your cat photo" kind of way. But if you’ve got a bold idea that fits the SKWEAR attitude - sarcastic, self-aware, slightly unhinged - tell us. We’re always open to new concepts that match our universe. Just don’t be surprised if we love it so much it ends up in the store.
Do you have a physical store?
Nope. 100% online, 100% intentional. It keeps prices fair, stock flexible, and energy where it matters - creating designs, not folding hoodies. The good news? You can browse in pyjamas, and no one will ask if you "need help finding anything."
Who’s behind SKWEAR?
Hi, I’m Mikkel. I design the graphics, write the copy, manage the shop, and talk to myself while doing it. SKWEAR isn’t a faceless brand - it’s me, my sense of humour, and way too many open browser tabs.
Every sarcastic line and design comes straight from my overworked brain, fuelled by whatever I see around me - at home, at work, in the city, or online at 2 AM when I should probably be asleep.
