Welcome to SKWEAR. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing or purchasing from skwear.dk, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all purchases and use of our website. They include policies regarding orders, shipping, returns, acceptable use of the site, and limitations of liability.

2. Made to Order – Print on Demand

At SKWEAR, every product is made just for you. We use a Print on Demand model, which means your item is produced only once you place your order — not before.

This enables us to minimize waste, prevent overproduction, and deliver unique, freshly made designs with a minimal environmental impact. It's a more responsible, modern way to shop.

Please note: Because your item is made to order, we begin production as soon as your payment is confirmed. This is why we are unable to accept cancellations or changes once an order is placed.

We think that’s a fair trade – less waste, more individuality, and a product that wasn’t sitting on a shelf gathering dust.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR or DKK and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or order.
We may refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Delivery time: Estimated between 3–8 business days after dispatch. Delays may occur during peak seasons.
Shipping destinations: We currently ship to selected countries in Europe (see full list at checkout).
Shipping costs: A flat-rate fee applies and is shown at checkout.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Lost/delayed packages: If tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your item, contact us within 14 days.
Customs and import fees: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges in your country.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your SKWEAR product – but if you're not satisfied, here’s how returns work:

Return period: You may return your item within 14 days of receipt.
Condition: Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Return costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking fee: A 7% restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount.

How to return:

Email us at wecare@skwear.dk with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send return instructions and the shipping address.
Send the item to: SKWEAR, Brogårdvej 21, DK‑7400 Herning.

Refund processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Faulty or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

6. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be accurate. Small variations may occur due to the print method or product type.

7. Acceptable Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

Use the site or products for any unlawful purpose.
Violate any international or local laws or regulations.
Transmit any viruses or malicious code.
Attempt to interfere with the site’s functionality or security.

We reserve the right to terminate access to the site for anyone who violates these rules.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site – including logos, designs, text, graphics, and images – is the property of SKWEAR or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for delays, inaccuracies, or losses resulting from your use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on our website. Your continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
