Order Processing Time

Once you place your order, we'll get to work preparing it for shipment.

  • Processing Time: It typically takes 2-5 business days to process and pack your order before it ships.
  • Please Note: During peak seasons, such as holidays, processing times might be longer. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any delays.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates

After your order is processed, it will be shipped to you. Shipping times are in addition to the processing time. We offer a flat-rate shipping method for all orders.

  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 3-8 business days for all destinations.

Important: These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs inspections, or extreme weather.

Shipping Costs

We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your order and your shipping address. The final cost will be clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your order's journey to your door. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.

Lost or Damaged Orders
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a clear photo of the damaged product and its packaging. We will assist you with a replacement or a refund.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows a package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
International Shipping, Customs & Taxes
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: SKWEAR is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
