We want you to be completely satisfied with your SKWEAR purchase. If you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you can return your item under the following conditions.

Return Policy

We accept returns for 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Conditions for Returns

• Item Condition: All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at wecare@skwear.dk with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Await Instructions: We will then send you instructions and the correct return shipping address.
3. Ship the Item: Send the item to the following address: SKWEAR, Brogårdvej 21, DK-7400 Herning.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival. Your refund will then be processed, and the funds will be automatically applied to your original payment method, minus the 5% restocking fee. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will cover all costs for a replacement or a full refund.
